You're hitting Riot's per-minute cap. Fewer streamers or linked accounts should fix this.

Heads up
The Riot Games API can be a bit finnicky at times and isn't able to detect an account's in-game status. As a result, a streamer may not show as in-game even when you are literally watching them play the game.
Ask whether to pull in someone else when a selected streamer ends a game or goes offline. Saying no (or letting the timer run out) keeps your layout untouched for game-end prompts. For offline, streamers will still be dropped from the view.Default: GAME END & OFFLINE
Quick Swap prefers favorites
When swap prompts are on, ★ favorites are tried first for replacements.Default: ON
QUICK SWAP PRIORITY EXPLAINED
Replacements pick from people not already on screen. Order: IN GAME, LIVE, VARIETY. Within each tier, tiebreak follows your sidebar sort (A–Z, LP, Status, Recent). Favorites (★) go first when enabled.
